PURPOSE OF POSITION Operate and maintain commercial dish washing machine
and Assure all serving surfaces are clean and sanitized. Also assist
Cooks and Food Handlers in preparation of ready to eat foods when
necessary. REPORTS TO Food Services Director SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS –
Prior dish position is not a requirement but does help – Must be able to
work well with others – Flexible work availability for weekends and
holiday weeks – Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods
of time JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Responsible for cleaning
dishes and food contact surfaces to ensure a steady supply for use in
service – Properly store clean dishes in designated areas – Prepare food
promptly and efficiently in accordance with instructions given by the
Supervisor and established production standards and time constraints –
Maintain clean/dry floors throughout shift – Assist with preparation of
food items directed by kitchen supervisor DATES OF EMPLOYMENT December
to Mid-April 8AM-4PM
