ZT Group Int’l Inc. dba ZT Systems seeks a Staff Human Resources Data Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.Duties: Accurately identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues, HR partner requests and/or questions. Resolve HR system incidents within the given SLA timeline. Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for related systems. Analyze, understand, and share learnings from peer groups to build a strong knowledge of the product. Engage with HR Partners/Business to create solution designs and apply change requests (defect fix or enhancements) into the HR systems as part of a scrum team. Provide an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems and investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently. Translate business requirements into the HR Technology initiatives and engage with various stakeholders such as 3rd party vendors, HR Ops Leads, HR Partners, IT. Place a strong focus on employee experience to ensure HR processes are fully automated and the end user experience is seamless. Work on different HR projects as an HR Technology analyst if need be. Provide support to assigned related initiatives which require changes to HR systems. Leverage the HRIS Ecosystem to deliver an integrated and consistent Employee Experience. Build interfaces between ZT downstream systems as well as third-party vendor applications. Enable Mobile solutions for managing on the go. Bring leading practices to the business, with a deep knowledge of cutting-edge HR Technology. Keen to constantly monitor the market for emerging technologies to disrupt HR. Ensure alignment with ZT Systems HR Technology Strategy.This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a HRIS Analyst, HR Operation Research Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles.Requires 5 years of experience with:•Workday HCM functionality and business processes, including security, recruiting, advanced compensation, and benefits.•Implementing, supporting, and maintaining Workday.•Workday Integrations, including Core Connectors, Third Party Payroll, EIB and Workday Studio.•Reporting and Dashboards including Time Attendance.•Security and Data Privacy.•Configurations related to absence and time tracking configuration.Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a HRIS Analyst, HR Operation Research Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles.Requires 3 years of experience with:•Workday HCM functionality and business processes, including security, recruiting, advanced compensation, and benefits.•Implementing, supporting, and maintaining Workday.•Workday Integrations, including Core Connectors, Third Party Payroll, EIB and Workday Studio.•Reporting and Dashboards including Time Attendance.•Security and Data Privacy.•Configurations related to absence and time tracking configuration.
