Parts Coordinator Overview: PlanITROI seeks a skilled and dedicated Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the inventorying, stocking, and issuing of computer parts for production, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts. Key responsibilities will include organizing products by type, stocking items in designated locations, monitoring inventory levels, issuing parts to computer technicians, receiving shipments from vendors, and maintaining accurate data records in our system.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reliability.

Organize and categorize computer parts by type and store them in designated locations.

Stock and maintain inventory levels for computer parts and components.

Issue parts to production and computer technicians as required, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

Receive new shipments of computer parts and products from vendors.

Inspect received items for accuracy and quality and input them into the inventory management system.

Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels, shipments, and issued parts in the companys inventory management system.

Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all inventory items.

Collaborate with production teams to understand and fulfill their parts and component needs.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any discrepancies.

Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or issues.

Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled.

Identify opportunities for improving inventory management processes and implement best practices.

Stay informed about new products, technologies, and inventory management techniques.

Requirements & Experience:

Experience as a Parts Coordinator or in a similar role.

Knowledge of general parts stockroom practices and procedures.

Proven success in maintaining proper inventory levels and counts.

Knowledge of computer parts is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

Integrity and ability to work independently.

Fluency in Spanish desired.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
