Nursing Assistant PD 7PM-7AM two weekend shifts

Essential Function/ Responsibilities:

Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care

Assisting patients with daily activities including bathing, feeding and dressing

Measuring and recording vital signs

Administering basic treatments

Helping to ensure a safe care environment

Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met

Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude

Good communication skills

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills

Minimum Education:

High School diploma or GED is required

BLS required

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of one year Nursing Assistant experience in an Acute Care setting or one year of nursing school completed preferred.

License/Certification:

Nursing Assistant certification preferred
