Patient Experience Liaison

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Patient Experience Liaison at Newton Medical Center. Required hours are: 10:00AM-8:00PM (M-F, 10-hour shifts) including rotating weekends.
Essential Functions:
Addresses and greets patients and visitors upon arrival and offers direction and assistance as required.
Works with the team members, staff and physicians.
Analyzes and resolves complaints and concerns and communicates issues to appropriate staff.
Works with individuals or departments to minimize service delays and communicates delays to patients and families.
Identifies and implements systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service/mission quality.
Provides data on patient care issues, maintains reports, analyses trends, and forwards information to appropriate departments for action.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED/equivalent required.
Bachelors degree in healthcare or relevant area preferred.
Must possess good communication skills and be able to follow instructions.

Relevant Experience:
2 years experience in Healthcare, Customer Service, Hospitality or relevant area preferred.
