Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with Agent Experience. This person will oversee external agent training, onboarding, education, events and operations for the Agent Experience team. Responsibilities include curriculum development, agent communication, event planning and execution, agent complaints, relationship building, system and process improvement.

Essential Functions

Lead and collaboratively work other departments to solve escalated service issues that impact agents and agencies with a focus on quick resolution.

Managing responsibilities including leading, coaching, hiring, firing, disciplinary action, department budget, etc.

Manage, maintain and revise process workflows with focus on improved efficiency and automation; emphasis on improving operational capacity; support operationalizing new product offerings by working with cross functional teams to develop training content; work closely with Salesforce and Link teams to improve efficiency, automation, and key metrics.

Support Agent Experience director by attending meetings, providing input on improving agent support, make recommendations for agent education opportunities following agent and agency input, etc.

Develop relationships by meeting regularly with coordinating departments to help resolve agent issues and concerns.

Address Agent Experience team support issues in relations to system improvements and resources.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or five years of professional experience in health insurance, management, marketing, or sales. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.

Five years of professional experience in health insurance, management, marketing, or sales.

Five years health insurance industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Five years’ experience with Select Health in an operational, management, marketing, or sales role.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$37.98 – $58.61
