We seek an Insights Analyst, Operations to join a highly collaborative and fast-moving team responsible for delivering the Accelerate Pathways services. You will be part of a team to report on our lead to conversion funnel and be able to drive the analysis for understanding our learner journey, identifying data drive opportunities for increased persistence and building automated reports. Key Responsibilities / Skills

Has an understanding of Pearson’s functional roles (Portfolio, Production, Technology, Sales & Marketing) that rely on Product Data (with a deep understanding of one or two), and a working knowledge of various consuming systems that import the data.

Serves as a Data Steward for one or more functional roles, including hosting Stewardship meetings, authoring Business Glossaries, and gathering data needs from and communicating data updates to key business stakeholders.

Performs product data related root cause analyses in support of other product, data and technology teams.

Able to prioritize and drive large-scale data projects through to completion. Sometimes conceives new projects in support of Accelerated Pathways vision and goals.

Facilitates the gathering of requirements and other documentation in support of product data; Accountable for global product data; ensures Pearson’s product data are valid, accurate, complete and timely.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of how to complete the most requested data queries via Google Big Query or Tableau or other coding languages.

Socializes and enforces Pearson’s Product Data Governance rules; advocates for a culture of Data-Informed decision making across all functional roles in the company.

Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, Comfortable with Microsoft Teams. Facility with the Web Version of Tableau.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000 – $75,000.
