St. Francis has regularly out-scored other hospitals on Long Island. Job Details Chaplain Responsibilities: Delivery of care to patients and their families, and as appropriate for staff. Assist patients to understand more fully lifes events as they relate to their spiritual and emotional well-being. Ensure that the religious needs of patients, families and loved ones are met in areas to which assigned. Chaplain Requirements: Master’s degree in Theology or related field or Masters of Divinity is required. 4 units CPE required. Individuals need be certified and in good standing with i.e. NACC, APC or NAJC or in the process of applying for certification after their 4th Unit of CPE is completed Salary Range USD $33.60 – USD $38.85 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
