EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED – URGENT HIRE

ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting skilled maintenance technician to join our team.

The facility maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within their territory.

All candidates must have a least 5 years experience in 3 or more of the below skilled trades.

Plumbing

HVAC

Electrical

Roofing

Carpentry

Requirements

MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with at least one year of driving history.

Must have off street parking company vehicle with commercial plates (N/A for Staten Islaand or Upstate NY)

Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices

Must work with little to no guidance

Reliable working with a proven track record of employment

Must be available to rotating weekend on call (1 or more time per month)
