DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arconic is currently in search of Associate Incident Investigator (Cyber Security) to join our Corporate Information Security Team in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities 
Triage of security incident event notices and engage appropriate teams for escalation using EDR technology, SIEM data, forensics software and other tools
Perform incident analysis and trend reporting for host, network, identity and third-party events
Collect and analyze information from multiple event sources and internal and external sources
Work with a team of responders, the incident response manager and cybersecurity leadership as needed
Create and refine policies, procedures and guidelines for business IT processes to ensure they align with industry security best practices.
Serve as an information security resource and advisor to partners in IT and in the business
 
Key Objectives
Support the execution of the Arconic Cybersecurity Program mission to reduce risk and enable the business while maintaining the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of Arconic systems and data.
Support Arconic business objectives by helping contribute to the operational resiliency, and defense against emerging cybersecurity threats

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 
Associate degree from an accredited institution. 
Three years experience in an enterprise IT role. 
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified IT candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
Demonstrable strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong understanding and proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity/Forensics/Computer Science/IT/IS, Business, Math, Finance, Engineering, Economics or Accounting from an accredited institution 
Demonstrated experience in and exposure to cyber security risk and mitigation strategies, technologies, programs, and operations 
2 or more years experience in IT Cyber Security
