What will you do as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

– Help train and develop our nursing staff to provide competent and compassionate care to our patients
– Provide direct nursing care to the residents
– Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
– Interact and communicate with the family members of our residents in a patient and professional manner
– Mentor and inspire each member of your unit team

What you need as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

– Must be fully licensed through the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
– Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work
