JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, Office of Outreach and Continuing Education is seeking individuals with an interest in STEM and non-STEM topics to develop and instruct youth camps for students in grades 1-12.
Requirements and Qualifications
Most programs, an advanced degree in an appropriate discipline, from an accredited institution, is required.
Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
Camp curriculum must include hands on activities.

Employment with the University for this job will require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.

Camp programs can vary in number of days and hours per day. Multiple vacancies are available for various programs. Please submit a resume including any teaching experience and a cover letter stating the types of programs you are interested in teaching along with any ideas for programming. Summer camp instructors are needed for various programs from end of June through end of July. Applicants will be reviewed until all vacancies are filled.
