Schedule:
Standard operating hours are 8:00 am — 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.
Hourly Wage:
Starting at $40.50 /hr.

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Chief Quality & Compliance Officer or Chief Compliance Officer, we are looking for a Registered Nurse with demonstrated expertise in quality and nursing leadership as our next the Quality Improvement Manager to assist with developing and implementing the quality improvement program, including an annual review and updates. You will also assist with the development, quality control, and improvement of program-wide and center-specific quality indicators, data management, education and training of program staff around quality improvement, preparation of routine and special reports, and coordination of improvement efforts arising from monitoring activities. Also, you will perform an in-the-field review of clinical care quality issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
– Preparing routine and special reports of quality improvement activities and performance.
– Coordinate the development and implementation of program-wide and center-specific quality indicators.
– Assist with data management for quality improvement activities, including assisting with the coordination of collection, entry, analysis, and assessment of data.
– Coordinates with national initiatives in PACE quality management.
– Educate for staff on quality improvement activities and techniques.
– Assists in the interface between consumers and program management for quality-related complaints.
– Review of quality-related issues within the operation of One Senior Care.
– Complete re-occurring audits that have been defined by the Quality Program.
– Submit required CMS/State data on a monthly and quarterly basis or when applicable.
– Conduct audits of nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
– Review participant records for completeness, consistency, and appropriateness of care.
– Identify documentation discrepancies and provide feedback to the IDT members for correction.
– Analyze trends and patterns in documentation to identify areas for improvement.
– Analyze and adjust systems as necessary to meet outcomes, budget and/or productivity targets
– Develop and monitor systems to achieve quality measures by participating in the selection and utilization of materials and supplies and monitoring change.
– Promote quality result behavior in staff through observation, feedback, and education.
– Utilize improvement processes to identify and remove complex or recurring operational barriers to achieve quality outcome results, consulting leadership
– Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing quality of care.
– Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in nursing documentation.
– Identify progress toward goals on an ongoing basis with measurable outcomes.
– Participate in bringing organizational strategic plans to the local level.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees.
– Other duties as assigned.

– Must have the cognitive ability to process and perform tasks for Participant safety.
– Travels to multiple facilities and locations. Traveling overnight, including via a vehicle and/or airplane, may be required. (Approximately 20% overnight travel).
– CPR and First Aid Certification.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
– Current RN License.
– Post-secondary education related to Nursing, Business, Social Services, or Healthcare.
– One year of experience in healthcare quality improvement/management, one year of experience working with the frail and elderly population.
Requirements:
– Requires valid State drivers license with a clean driving record.
– Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening
Physical Requirements:
– Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
– Must function independently, maintain confidentiality, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions/circumstances.
– Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people within the facility.
– Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting participants.
