DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an Administrative Officer, you will be independently working in a highly complex job that requires the ability to manage, monitor, analyze, and interpret regulations and procedures. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating personnel administration services for the Lehigh CAO as well as supervising three Clerical Supervisors. You will be responsible for managing storage and record keeping, monitoring compliance of lease agreements, and handling fiscal matters throughout the office. You will have the opportunity to serve as the EBT coordinator and act as liaison between Income Maintenance managers, supervisors and clerical staff, ensuring efficient operations. Additional responsibilities may include acting as site administrator and systems coordinator for all equipment needs and problem solving issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Work hours may change based on operational needs.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelors degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Hiring preference for this vacancy may be given to candidates who live within Lehigh County. If no eligible candidates who live within Lehigh County apply for this position, candidates who reside in other counties may be considered.
