Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Finance Analyst Associate for a position in Archbald, PA. Duties include: Perform business analysis and programmatic functional finance activities for the Engineering and Technical and/or Operations groups. Tasks include but not limited to monitoring and forecasting Engineering and Technical and/or Operations organizations functional cost control accounts and providing financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers and the Business management Team. Develop and track program financial budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value(EV) computation for a variety of funding sources and ensures EVM and financial information is correct and compliant to PPMP guidelines . Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) reflects latest scope of work. Prepare and present financial status to lead and/or management.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
Willing to work on-site in Archbald, PA.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of business management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Power Point, and proficiency with Excel.
Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
Previous internship(s) in a professional environment. Prior finance analyst experience would be beneficial.
Ability to perform data analytics and financial analysis.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
