We are seeking a Family Based Supervisor for our Family Based program in Chester County, Pennsylvania. 
Earn up to $65,000 a year 
The Family Based Program Supervisor will support and monitor the program staff including all operational tasks including but not limited to: clinical service delivery, tracking and paperwork completion and review. Monitors compliance and oversight of internal and external stakeholders. Supports intakes, staff supervision, staff training and interfaces with clients and families. Completes other responsibilities as trained and assigned. Responsible for meeting budgetary requirements and implementing corrective measures to improve business operations and will work collaboratively with Program Director/Regional Director of FBMHS on all matters related to clinical and business operations including marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  
 Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field. 
 Two years of experience with children and adolescents providing mental health or community services is also required. 
 A valid Pennsylvania Drivers license and access to reliable transportation is a requirement.
