As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior (Sr.) Manager you will work in a dynamic role to provide guidance support and deliver best practices across communications adoption training and sustainment (CATS) activities.
 Each day will look different however you will be responsible to prepare motivate and equip our clients and their employees to navigate the change which comes from new technologies and processes and inevitably the new business challenges thereafter.
Responsibilities
As a Senior OCM Consultant you have an innate ability to lead others and empathize with organizations and people who are experiencing change. You are driven to understand the client environment and culture and take pride in applying strategies and tools to help manage the people side of change as effectively as the technical side.
The Sr. Consultant will lead the design delivery and management of organizational change management with our clients.
They are accountable for the development of strategies and plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients and the ServiceNow platform. In practice they will manage and deliver large OCM engagements provide strategic guidance and advise clients and evaluate new scopes of work within the pre-sales and sales process.
A Sr. Consultant may also lead workshops draft communications plan training and develop materials such as presentations handbooks and media for clients to use in supporting their employees embrace and adopt new ways of working.
1. Lead OCM Engagements including providing guidance and direction to OCM specialists (at various levels) Lead and engage with executives senior leaders and client stakeholders on the OCM strategy and deliverables to enhance the adoption and value of the OCM engagement. Ability to engage with the pre-sales and sales teams to identify OCM opportunities and value add for client engagements. Ability to recognize client needs and pivot on delivering OCM value within the context in partnership with Client Principles and Engagement Managers Interpret and deliver on the OCM activities based on the engagements scope of work. Assess client OCM capabilities define gaps between the scope of work and client needs and recommend changes in the delivery approach as necessary. 2. Create socialize govern and execute OCM plans in alignment with Thirderas Methodology-in-Motion and the OCM CATS activities Communication Adoption Training and Sustainment.
Certifications Required
Certifications Required : 10 plus years of experience in Organizational Change Management role
The annual salary for this position is between $[125,000 – 140,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
