Job Location: Lansdale, PA/WestPoint PA (Onsite)
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, program, and configure DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA and related software.
Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Develop technical documents, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures.
Develop and implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
Participate in project management and project coordination.
Monitor and analyze system performance.
Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems.
Maintain and update knowledge of evolving automation technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science or Bio-Process Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant automation life science manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of Incident management, Service request management, Problem management, and Change management processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, presentation, and computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and collaborate with management, technical support personnel, and equipment vendors.
Experience in executing IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operational Qualification) for Control Systems Development and Enhancements.
Proficiency in system validation documentation development and ensuring compliance with system validation requirements.
Ability to effectively manage and update system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Proficient programming skills in various Control Systems applications and HMIs.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
