Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Competitive Intelligence (CI) Analyst ! This remote role is pivotal in shaping our winning strategies for high-priority bids, driving our company’s growth across all lines of business.

What Youll Be Doing:

Performing Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis on critical bids, providing actionable intelligence to inform our bid strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Capture Managers and Position-to-Win (PTW) Analysts throughout the business acquisition lifecycle to position Parsons for success.

Develop Market Insights: Utilize public domain information (e.g., GAO protests, 10K reports, FPDS) and industry market research tools (e.g., GovWin, DACIS, Bloomberg Gov’t.) to deliver actionable competitive intelligence in support of bid specific PTW and capture efforts.

Employ Innovative Thinking: Transform data using cutting-edge technology and methodologies to develop strategies giving Parsons a distinct competitive advantage in the complex landscape of government contracting.

Lead: Organize and facilitate Competitor Assessment strategy sessions, bringing together cross-functional teams to uncover critical market, customer, and competitor insights.

Information Management: Ensure the integrity and efficiency of CI databases, processes, and tools by meticulously cataloging customer, competitor, technology, and pricing information.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

Bachelors Degree in Business (or equivalent) and 3 years of related work experience, primarily related to federal procurement and/or defense business development

Research and analysis background, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills including Familiarity with a range of intelligence tools and data interpretation techniques.

Ability to apply AI techniques to various scenarios and achieve level 1 Artificial Intelligence fluency within the first 30 days.

Experience with industry tools (e.g., GovWin, DACIS, Bloomberg Gov’t.)

Familiar with the Black Hat review process and ability to coordinate and facilitate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.

Demonstrated ability to manage a significant workload and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership and facilitating collaborative strategic reviews.

Ability to travel, as necessary to support business development activities

What Desired Skills Youll Bring:

Strong understanding of US Government acquisition and source selection methodologies

Ability to drive technological innovation by continuously evaluating and integrating advanced tools and methodologies to keep our CI capabilities at the forefront of industry standards.

Salary Range:

$83,300.00 – $145,800.00
