CAD Drafter

We are actively hiring a Civil Drafter to join a team of qualified land development engineers. This is a full-time permanent role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.

Job Requirements

Proficiency with AutoCAD as it relates to Civil Engineering is required

Degree or certification in Computer Aided Drafting and Design OR related experience

Ability to assist Project Managers and Engineers in the planning and design of hydraulic and stormwater collection systems-

Strong oral and written communication skills

Flexibility in managing job tasks as deadlines and priorities change

Desire to work in a team environment

Experience with Stormwater Management Design is a plus

Experience putting together site plans is a plus

Experience with Grading is a plus

We are urgently hiring a Civil Drafter to join our team in Ashburn, VA. As one of the largest multi-disciplined consulting engineering firms in Northern Virginia, we specialize in Data Centers and Land Development (Commercial and Residential) projects. The Civil Drafter will design Industrial, Commercial, and residential subdivision layouts under the guidance of a Licensed Professional Engineer and as a member of the project team. This role is essential to help manage our significant backlog of work and to support our team.
