IDS International is seeking a Site Lead to support a federal agency escort program. Work will be performed on-site in Chantilly, VA or at Fort Belvoir.

Responsibilities:

Schedule staffing requirements as dictated by site Security Monitor Coordinator and the Program Manager to prioritize monitor allocation when experiencing workforce shortage.

Daily notification (by 0530 hrs.) via e-mail to the Boeing Security Monitor Coordinator when the Security Monitor requests cannot be fulfilled or when their requirements are only partially fulfilled.

Daily look-ahead of monitor requirements and assignments notification sent to the Boeing Security Monitor Coordinator and Service Contracts focal by 1330 hrs. each day.

Receive / validate / process daily timesheets

Proficient in standard software applications (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.

Notify at least one business day in advance by e-mail the Security Monitor Coordinator when their Security Monitor requests cannot be fulfilled or when their requirements are only partially fulfilled.

Effectively manage personnel as well as provide corrective action as required to meet customer expectations consistent with corporate processes.

Required Qualifications:

Must currently hold an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Scope polygraph (CI poly)

High school diploma or GED

Must provide own transportation to and from main location and any supplemental locations, as required.

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
