JOB SUMMARY
Project Manager for small Team Independently Validating & Verifying (IV&V) DHS agile development program. Provide Task Order leadership, interact with COR, and direct team compliance with performance metrics. Align team with stakeholder goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Experience in overseeing and performing IV&V and OT&E activities to include management and operational support.
Verifies stakeholder needs and assure the team are meeting requirements for customer needs.
Coordinate resources and collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and upcoming milestones.
Run monthly program reviews with customer.
Monthly reporting with TAPE leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
15 years of progressive experience
Required: PMP and Scrum Certified
Bachelor’s Degree in related study
Secret Clearance
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Must be familiar with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
