Charlestown is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join its Continuing Care sales team.

Compensation: Ranging from $22.00 per hour up to $32.00 per hour; based upon years of experience. Potential for commission of up to $1,500.00 per month.
How you will make an impact
Managing all activities related to moves in, out, and within Continuing Care.
Coordinator first time sales appointments.
Supporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise.
Verifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval.
Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.
Developing referral network within the community for available services
Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents
What you will need
Experience in Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Assisted Living Facility (ALF), or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required
Experience utilizing Salesforce system
Knowledge of health care/insurance industries and health care delivery systems
Some holiday and weekend on-call work may be required
Consider joining us as a Move-in Coordinator and oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. In this role, you will serves as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in, out, and within the building.
