AWS Connect Developer

Job Description

Design, develop and implement AWS Connect processes to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes

 Provide recommendations for enhancing existing operations and provide recommendations for new updates or modifications

 Support and enhance existing processes based on new requirements or upgrades

 Facilitate requirements gathering, review and document requirements

 Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment

 All other duties as assigned or directed.

The pay rate for this position is $58/hr – $65/hr

Skills and Requirements

This experience is the foundation a candidate needs to be successful in this position:

 Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

 No degree and 11 YOE

 Masters and 5 YOE

 7 years of experience building, configuring AWS Cloud platform

 5 years of experience AWS Cloud administration

 3 years of experience migration on-premise application to AWS cloud based environments

 3 years of experience with configuration management, cloud orchestration, monitoring and automation tools

 Hands-on experience with Python

 Experience working with APIs

 Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Solid AWS Services Experience: EC2, Cloud Formation, VPC, ELB, AWS Security, S3, RDS, EBS, ECS, Athena, Kinesis, Glu, firehose

 5 years of experience with RHEL system administration and patching

 Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools for automation (Ansible)

 Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Splunk)

 Experience with AWS Connect null
