Description: Lockheed Martins Missile and Fire Control Business is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team at our Orlando, FL site to facilitate new designs, updates, enhancements, and defect corrections to a missile programs Mission Planning & Precision Target Module software products.
What You Will Be Doing
• Requirements analysis
• Software change report creation/management/tracking
• Design requirement specifications
• Updating test procedures
• Software integration, test, troubleshoot, and requirement verification, including assembly and packaging of final software installable products
You will support multiple US and international contracts, to include customer, subcontractor, and associate contractor interactions. Some travel is required. International contracts may include preparing and providing training to users.
To be considered for this role you must hold an active Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
Development of interfaces for integration of new subsystem.
• Working the flow of system level requirements to testable structures and modular hardware and software using DOORS.
• Developing systems Concepts of Operations.
• Experience developing proposal artifacts and developing BOEs.
• Supporting program level design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Maintaining upward and downward traceability of requirements between levels of system hierarchy.
• Maintaining documentation to trace critical requirements to customer documents, design decisions, trade studies, and other major program documents.
To be considered for this role you must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience integrating software components from several different vendors and working with subcontractors.
Mission planning experience, and/or software development experience.
DOORS experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
