Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Jupiter, Florida. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for checking patients in/out, answering or returning phone calls, processing payments, patient information and ensuring all patients have been helped adequately. These offices are extremely high volume, and the Receptionist could expect at least 50 calls per day while managing patients checking in and out and handling day to day requests. The Receptionist would use EPIC and previous experience with this software or another EMR would be extremely beneficial. This role would prefer a candidate who has previous experience within a medical office setting checking patients in/out, answering/returning phone calls, processing insurance, prior authorizations, running eligibility and navigating and EMR or EHR system.

Skills and Requirements
-6 months of front desk, check in/out, medical office experience
-Previous background within one of the specialties of the practice
-Comfortable answering 50 phone calls per day
-Knowledge of ECW, Epic or Cerner — any EMR or EHR experience (migrating to EPIC in the next 2 weeks) -Background using eClinicalWorks
-Prior experience a MA
-Experience processing insurance, prior authorizations, running eligibility, navigating Availity or another RCM tool for insurance
-Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and health plan providers
-COVID/Flu vaccinated or willing to complete medical/religious exemptions null
