Hagerty is currently seekingrecovery staffto support local government recovery work in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The Data Analyst will support clients in gathering and preparing analysis using data from recovery projects. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in data analysis to help the client solve complex problems. The Data Analyst will support our clients on-site .
Candidates for the Data Analyst will be considered for contract-based positions.
Responsibilities for the Data Analyst Include:
Review, clean, organize, and manage large data sets (content and configuration) collected by field personnel.
Analyze complex and/or large data sets using Microsoft Excel.
Work with onsite team, clients, and/or stakeholders to troubleshoot data based on an established information collection process.
Interface with technical and non-technical audiences to build consensus on data solutions and address project issues.
Qualifications for the Data Analyst Include:
A bachelors degree.
A minimum of three (3) years of professional, full-time work experience associated with data analysis.
Advanced and proven skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating and utilizing pivot tables for data analysis).
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to produce technically sound deliverables with little oversight.
Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, critical thinking, and analyzing large data sets with a high attention to detail.
Compensation for the Data Analyst Includes:
Salary range of $70,000 – $110,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
