Description of Work:

Under direct supervision, candidate will perform full lifecycle application development, designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages. Will also provide support in requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis. Must be familiar with: Front end graphical user interface design, Software testing and quality assurance, Performance tuning and improvement. Displays the ability and creativity to analyze problems and implement advanced software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Full lifecycle application development

• Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages (Visual Studio .Net using C#, with some client-side java script, and jQuery with jQuery-UI).

• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis

• Familiar with relational database concepts including: table design, proper indexing, and use of stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.

• Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)

• Front end graphical user interface design using Web Forms technology.

• Software testing and quality assurance

• Support, maintain and document software functionality

• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation

• Maintain standards compliance

• Implement localization or globalization of software

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to work well within a team environment, but also be proactive in completing tasks. Environment is relaxed, but project deliverables are expected to be met.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours

Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)

Able to lift up to 15 pounds

Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language

Execute tasks independently and work as a team

Learns and memories routine tasks

Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
