Long term contract with benefits
The best candidate for this position will possess formal electronics training from: Technical school, or a Class A or B military school in electronics or communications and strong computers skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience a plus. Typical task assignments include running industrial conduit, pulling and terminating wiring, calibrating and installing industrial equipment, installing enclosures, pouring small concrete pads and building equipment racks.
Working in a hydroelectric plant, installing instrumention, bending conduit, installing cable tray, commissioning new equipment and testing it.
Additional requirements:
Active or previous security clearance preferred.
Must be able to pass a NACLC security background check.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Significant travel will be required.
Preference for current possession of a government CAC.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of practical experience, to include electronics repair, maintenance, installation, system integration, equipment testing and inspection.
Capable of leading a small group (1-2 people) and safely handling power and machine tools.
Compensation level is based on experience.
Previous work with Navel Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Army Corp of Engineers (ACoE), or other government agencies in these areas is a plus.
Candidate will be responsible for participating in the equipment and automation system installations on government programs focused on real-time monitoring and data recording for product inventory control systems and process control systems on a world-wide basis.
