Sow Farm Maintenance Technician

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Paulding.

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.75-$24.75 with a potential increase after 90 days

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

– Preforming preventative and corrective maintenance tasks related to heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
– Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace
– Perform general troubleshooting, diagnosis, replace or repair parts, and testing

– Must be 18 years of age
– Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and clean driving background
– Must have electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting experience
