### Position Description:

Wade Trim is seeking an Engineering Summer Intern for our Transportation group in our Michigan offices. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelors degree in civil engineering (junior or senior status preferred) and possess valid drivers license. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, very organized and have excellent communication skills.

### Typical responsibilities include:

– – Assist in the design of civil projects that may include roads, bridges, private development, etc.
– Assist with reviewing plans and specifications
– Conduct field inspections as needed
– Prepare preliminary project cost estimates
– Assist Project Managers
– Maintain excellent client relations
– Maintain a safe working environment

### Education:

– – Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

### Skills/Experience:

– – Valid Drivers License
