Locations: This position will work a hybrid model with the expectation to work on-site 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, GA, Las Vegas, NV, Roanoke, VA, Indianapolis, IN, Latham, NY our South Portland, ME Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Trainer Lead is responsible for providing day to day leadership to a team and ensures consistency and quality of work outputs.
How you will make an impact:
Delegates and reassign work to others as needed to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.
Develops and implements training for team.
Provides input to assist with the resolution of associate issues.
Provides input to management on annual associate evaluations.
Serves as a back up to the manager on projects and supervision of team.
Assists manger in preparation of budgets and the management and usage of budget dollars.
Handles escalated questions and issues.
Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature.
Identifies opportunities for and delivers synchronous virtual learning events.
Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.
Exercises classroom management.
Attends all assigned professional development training and job training that supports career development and job growth.
Keeps all Technical Skills updated via processing live work.
Identifies client training needs, develops service level agreements, meets with clients to obtain approval, and prepares training to meet those needs.
Measures and tracks learner and client satisfaction.
Facilitates across multiple platforms.
Supports PMO and Non-PMO projects as a training Subject Matter Expert as assigned by management.
Establishes and Maintains Multiple Client Relationships in support of successful training initiatives.
Assists in the Mentoring of Trainers and Training Specialists through formal and informal feedback.
Plans, coordinates and facilitates Train the Trainer Sessions as needed and directed by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires BA/BS and a minimum of 7 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Prior experience as a corporate trainer for call-center associates highly preferred.
Knowledge of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP) benefits.
Experience coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to associates preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $87,840 to $138,348
