TRAILER LINER INSTALLER
MUST HAVES
– Manual, clerical, and data entry skills
– Minimum 6 months experience in warehouse/industrial setting
– Attention to detail – Chemical facility!
RUNDOWN OF THE ROLE
Trailer liners will be working in 40ft international oversee shipping containers. They will bulk load them with powder, install poles and rails (essentially a glorified tent that they will roll out within the containers). They will also have to clean the containers afterwards to ensure they are tidy and ready to transport goods.
Trailer Liner Installers work under appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment. They perform a variety of assignments, both technical and clerical, including material receipt, inspections, storage, and shipping. Duties require manual, clerical, and data entry skills. Responsibilities include:
1. Operating material handling equipment as required to receive, store, and ship material.
2. Performing receiving and shipping inspections and identifying all incoming and outgoing material shipments to determine: a) quantity is as ordered, b) no damage is apparent, and c) documentation is available as required.
3. Performing physical material inventories to establish, maintain, and document the receipt, shipment, and control.

This is a fully on-site position in Selkirk, New York.
Work Environment
Chemical facility requiring PPE: Hard hat, gloves, safety goggles, masks, hearing protection, steel-toed boots.
SHIFT: M-F 6am-2:30pm
