We are looking for a driven Office Engineer  to grow with our team in Syracuse, NY.  In this role, to work on multiple fast-moving projects and larger, long-scheduled projects. We’ll rely on you to provide support to our teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning as you bring fresh ideas to the table. Working closely with your construction project manager, you’ll be immersed in both project design and compliance as well as site construction and evaluation. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with project contractors.

Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering

4 years of experience working on construction or civil projects valued above $1 million

Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review, and preparation

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

OSHA 30 or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Ideally, youll also have

Masters Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering

Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components

Previous experience with direct customer service and/or client focused environment
