Site Director

New Daycare center in New Hartford, NY. Site Director duties:
-Respond to parent/guardian communication
-Ensure communication is provided to parents in a timely manner
-Ensure classrooms are kept in order as set by OCFS guidelines including notice postings
-Maintain auditable records as required by OCFS
-Ensure teachers and assistants are providing accurate supervision
-Ensure all staff working with children are behaving appropriately
-Conduct disciplinary actions as necessary
-Confirm accurate child information including allergies and emergency contacts
-Conduct monthly, quarterly, annual checks and audits as necessary of files and equipment
-Maintain qualifications set by OCFS, including meeting all training and certifications requirements
-Assist teachers and ensure staff/child ratios are met
-all other tasks as designated by Executive Director, Supervisor or Licensor

Site director salary will be $41500-42800/yr.

There will be mandatory hours of training prerequisite and continuing education required by ocfs, preemployment background checks including finger printing must be done, and a ppd/mantu shot is required.
