We are seeking a Project Coordinator 1 to join our Southern CA team! The successful candidate will possess expert level skills listed below. Come join us!
Expertise in Advanced Formulas and Functions:
Proficiency with complex formulas such as nested IF statements, array formulas, and advanced functions like INDEX-MATCH and dynamic array functions (e.g., FILTER, SORT).
Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization:
Mastery of PivotTables and PivotCharts, and the ability to create sophisticated charts and data visualizations, including custom and interactive charts.
Automation and Scripting Skills:
In-depth knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automating tasks, creating custom functions, and developing complex macros.
Data Management and Integration:
Expertise in using Power Query for data transformation, Power Pivot for managing large datasets, and integrating Excel with other data sources and tools.
Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization:
Advanced skills in debugging and optimizing formulas and VBA code, as well as managing performance issues in large and complex workbooks.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing dispatch of material testers.
Managing certifications and assisting with renewals.
Generate schedules and perform data entry.
Review material tester reports for accuracy.
Review and approve timesheets.
Review and approve expenses.
Review daily field reports.
Project/Billing Setup.
Overseeing safety standards and requirements for the office.
Supporting other departments where needed.
Minimum requirements:
College Degree
2 years of related professional experience
Mastery of Microsoft Excel (A MUST), Word, and Outlook
Technical requirements:
Ability to operate independently, or constructively with others
Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
Possess a valid California driver’s license
Ability to travel to Whittier, CA office
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
$25 – $30 hourly
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
