Job Title: Medical Device Assembler

Job Description

Manufacture medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope. Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements. Successfully complete training on production tasks. Understand travelers/routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope, and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds. Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required. Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks. Work directly with Engineers/Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality are met at all times. Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation. Perform inventory counts. Other duties as assigned, with verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Carlsbad, California.

Work Environment

1st shift: 5:50am – 2:10pm.

2nd shift: 2:40pm – 11:10pm. Cleanroom environment.
