In this role, you will:
Be accountable for overseeing one or more cross-functional agile teams responsible for delivering fraud detection and prevention solutions
Manage all phases of the product management life cycle from ideation to delivery
Allocate resource capacity effectively and manage delivery of the teams assigned backlog
Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships
Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders from across the enterprise
Translate the product vision into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria
Own responsibility for prioritization and refinement of the team backlog
Own responsibility for defining test requirements, test data and coordination of testing
Collaborate with Scrum Masters to define sprint goals, sprint capacity and monitor sprint productivity
Work closely with other Product Owners and Technology Leads to manage cross-team dependencies
Ensure all risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4 years of Product Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in consulting, building and maintaining products in a highly-matrixed environment
Experience partnering with Technology teams to define requirements and deliver complex solutions
Team leadership experience with ability to effectively influence, gain credibility and manage business and technology resources
Knowledge and understanding of digital / software product management within the financial services
Hands-on experience developing or managing fraud, financial crimes or cybersecurity products
Knowledge and understanding of digital / software product management within the financial services
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 – $179,200.00
