JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This is a part-time position that will support the ongoing clinical and quality improvement objectives of the Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) in the Division of Infectious Diseases. The top priorities are to schedule patients who are overdue for an HIV medical visit, thereby improving retention in care, and to enter all outstanding patient data into the database, optimizing the accuracy and completeness of our program reporting. The tasks will include reminding patients of their appointments, scheduling appointments, entering patient information and lab results into our database, tracking lab orders, getting lab results from outside laboratories as necessary, assisting medical case managers with data entry, and scanning documents into patient files.
