High School Diploma or GED
1 year’s proven experience in metal assembly, fabrication, or a related field
Technical training in manufacturing or metalworking a plus!
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with assembly tools and machinery
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Assemble metal components according to detailed work instructions and blueprints
Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble parts accurately and efficiently
Inspect and verify the quality of components before and after assembly to meet stringent quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues promptly to minimize production downtime
Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met while maintaining a high level of workmanship
Report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or processes to supervisors
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
