Randstad has a part time loader position in Tracy, CA This is a long term temporary position that will be 25-30hrs a week from 5:30am until the work is complete for the day! salary: $20 – $20.75 per hour

work hours: 5:30 AM – 1 PM

Responsibilities

This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages that typically weigh 20 – 30 lbs. and may weigh up to 50 lbs. Full-time employees usually work 40 hours each week and typically work on Holidays as well.

Key Responsibilities:

 Safely work in a fast paced environment.

 Ability to work under pressure both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

 Maintain a positive attitude and support the morale of your team members.

 Move packages, up to 50lbs in weight, safely from floor to trailer in a timely manner in order to meet delivery

deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to walk, bend and lift up to 50lbs.

 Standing for long periods of time.

 Exposed to warehouse conditions, cold/heat, and noise.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 75lbs

standing for 6 hours at one time

working weekends
