[Maintenance Supervisor
[The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the maintenance crew in their day-to-day tasks. Ensuring the quality of work and that work is completed in a safe and timely manner. They should be able to trouble shoot and diagnose problems and come up with repair solutions. As well as being able to coordinate with and provide information to outside vendors, contractors, and service providers when needed.

– Follow written and verbal instructions
– Work with a team or individually
– Maintain a reliable and consistent attendance record
– Hold a valid State drivers license
– Must have a reliable form of transportation in order to get to and from work.
– Able to work holidays and weekend if needed
– Able to work outdoors with exposure to change weather conditions (wind, rain, sun, etc.)
– Lift up to 60LBS
– Ability to safely operate park vehicles such as golf cart, gator, and forklift
– Receive deliveries
– Work in fast – paced environment in order to meet deadlines when required.

– Must have knowledge and experience using construction tools such as hand tools, power saws, drills, etc.
Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
Must be physically fit in order to lift 60lb bag of concrete, ladder, plywood
Ability to walk, bend, lift, dig, and stand for long periods of time.
Asphalt and concrete patching
Experience Trouble shooting/diagnosing problems
Electrical knowledge and experience is a plus but not required
Fence Building
Replacing window AC Units
