Responsibilities Check and validate membership cards at entry points. Politely informs individuals who do not meet dress or conduct standards. Ensure guests are aware of and follow facility rules. Inspect and maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms. Regularly patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access. Ensure all doors and gates are secured at the beginning and end of shifts. Document and report any suspicious activities to management. Keeps an accurate log of authorized visitors, noting entry and exit times. Confirm visitor identities against pre-approved lists for secure access. Inform guests about security protocols and check-in procedures. Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations, addressing any unauthorized parking as necessary. May operate a motor vehicle. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess excellent customer services relations skills in order to communicate tactfully with guests to address their needs and inquiries. Must have the ability to operate and utilize various safety and electronic equipment relevant to guest well-being and the protection of government property. Must possess a valid drivers license. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
