Summary:
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment by performing the following duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all our inventory control functions. Ensuring each area is managed effectively, including managing the category managers to follow up
Lead day to day activities and functions of the inventory control coordinator
Ensure that all outside warehouses are reconciled by warehouse on schedule
Oversee 100% of CP’s productions, established procedures and processes, ensuring that proper procedures are being adhered to
Ensure packaging requirements are integrated with indirect spend to ensure effective management
Periodically Audit PO receiving procedures
Set up and maintain global product groups in APC, on all ongoing processed items
Monitor inventory shrink goals
Manage period end balances, packaging and outside storage
Conduct supply counts and adjustments
Manage all location warehouses, reconciled by period
Monitor and communicate rotation issues
Inventory control to receive all purchase orders
Call negative report adjustments
Case no weight report adjustments
Negative quantity report adjustments
Work in a manner that promotes safety first
Manage and update overstock/discontinue list and distribute weekly
Manage CP invoicing
Cross train to cover CP DC buyer and Key Accounts coordinator
Promote and work to help move off overstock/discontinue inventory
Ensure our sample slot and upstairs sample freezers are organized monthly
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required:
High school diploma/GED equivalent
Two or more years related experience
Preferred:
Associates degree (A.A.) from accredited college
Salary Range: $53,000.00 – $60,000.00 annually
