WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As an Engineering Administrator, you will Manage all Engineering Documentation Requirements.
The Engineering Administrator will have a direct impact on our Engineering group, responsible for:
Processing all Product Change Notifications (PCR/PCN) at the Doc Center Implementation and Issue stages.
Processing all New Part Releases (EDR) at the Doc Center Issue stages.
Managing the material master for parts in SAP for Part Release, Changes and BOM’s.
Other general Engineering Administrative duties/projects as assigned.
Providing Engineering Support on an as needed basis.
Windchill/Lotus Notes support on an as needed basis.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You will bring Organizational Skills with well demonstrated success in Managing Engineering Documentation Processes
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum High School with some college preferred.
5-10 years’ experience in Engineering Documentation Control
Understanding of Engineering processes for Release and Changes required.
Understanding of Engineering Bill of Material (BOM) structuring required.
Experience with Windchill PLM helpful
Experience with SAP
