The Manager, Customer Success Role

As the Manager of Customer Success at Qlik, youll lead a dynamic team focused on fostering deep, lasting customer relationships and ensuring they achieve meaningful results with our solutions. This position places you at the heart of customer engagement, where youll enable your team to drive value realization, customer satisfaction, and growth. Develop and implement Customer Success Plans CSPs that drive both customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investment.
Be directly involved in reducing churn, securing subscription renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities expand customer accounts and create long-term value.
Partner closely with sales and other teams to collaboratively drive revenue growth and customer engagement, offering a multifaceted approach to business success.
Make a tangible impact by monitoring key trends and tailoring strategies to proactively manage high-risk accounts.

In this role, youll make a significant impact by:

Building and leading a Customer Success team that deeply understands customer needs and aligns Qliks solutions with their business goals.
Enabling your team to craft and execute strategies that ensure value realization, adoption, and retention.
Developing data-driven insights to forecast customer renewal risks and implementing tailored strategies to reduce churn.
Driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, as well as collaborating across departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
Acting as a key partner to regional sales leadership, contributing to growth strategies that expand customer accounts and create long-term value.

Were looking for a teammate with:

A proven track record in leading Customer Success teams, with strong skills in customer relationship management and understanding customer business objectives.
Experience in developing and executing Customer Success Plans CSPs that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to forecast renewal risks and identify opportunities for account growth.
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing team while recognizing and nurturing potential.
A customer-first mindset with a focus on ensuring the customers success drives business growth for both them and Qlik.
The ability to collaborate across departments and create joint strategies for upselling and cross-selling, delivering value to customers.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $108,000 USD per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $36,000 $46,000 USD subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidates location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
