Job Title: Assembly – Cleanroom
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Technician in a cleanroom environment. You will perform complex assembly, testing, adjustments, and quality checks. You will review production data to identify non-conformance areas and implement necessary modifications. Prepare status reports and work with team members to develop improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling. Ensure proper handling and loading of materials on production lines. Provide direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards. Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship, and provide immediate feedback and training when issues arise.
