Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing machinery? Were seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our clients manufacturing team. This is a Monday-Friday position with full benefits and employee perks! The ideal candidate has 6 years of Industrial Maintenance experience with mechanical repair (conveyors, robots and presses) and electrical/controls repair (480V, PLCs and more). salary: $72,800 – $85,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities

Participate in all maintenance activities for the plant

Perform routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair equipment

Produce regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Support efforts within plant using problem solving tools, process management, measurement techniques and statistical analysis

Knowledge of Industrial Automation equipment – controls, automation, robots and PLC for troubleshooting purposes

PLC Experience (Allen Bradley)

Robot Experience (Fanuc Robots)

Knowledge of maintaining all Facility Systems (Building, Electrical, Air, and Equipment)

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Systems

Ability to support Implementing/Maintaining ISO 14001 systems

Has the authority to stop production in the event that a mechanical/equipment problem is suspected

Has the authority to stop production in the event that a Quality issue is suspected

Good communication skills with various levels within organization

Prefer experience with Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier

High School Degree Required, Technical Degree or Certification a plus

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
