As Volpara x Lunit embark on our journey together we are searching for a Sales Director to build our joint Latin America (LATAM) business. As self-starter, you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and driving sales opportunities across all products in the Volpara Health x Lunit portfolio in LATAM. Using your base understanding of lung and/or breast cancer detection, prevention, or genetic programs, your ability to learn the technical and clinical knowledge will see you create new opportunities, position the products, and develop strategies for prospective customers to achieve success with their programs and patients.
What you will be doing
Financial Performance
– Prospect, nurture and drive sales opportunities across all products in our portfolio in LATAM. As the LATAM portfolio grows, drive sales in select assigned US based accounts.
– Work collaboratively with our Sales and Customer Success teams to grow the existing customer portfolio, including leading the renewals and expansions of LATAM accounts.
– Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and targets.?
– Establish and continuously develop relationships with C-suite, departmental and technical decision makers with customers, and key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.?
– Maintain strong working relationships with partners and distributors, ensuring they are performing to the required level. Assist business development to manage performance issues that may arise.
– Maintain strong after-sale customer relationships, cultivating positive references and encouraging engagement in the Volpara Hive customer community (where appropriate).?
Product & Market Expertise?
Maintain mastery of product and clinical knowledge necessary to demonstrate and differentiate our products in a clear and compelling way, optimally handle objections, and develop strategies for prospective customers to achieve success with their programs and patients.
Track and communicate market trends to/from the field, including competitor data, and develop and lead effective counterstrategies.
