Technical Fleet Services Project Manager (Grade 31)

Requisition Summary
The Technical Fleet Project Manager is responsible for fleet customer integration to the Kenworth and Peterbilt dealer network by leveraging PACCAR Parts eCommerce solution. The position coordinates between US and Canadian fleet customers, PACCAR dealers, TreviPay, IT vendors and the eCommerce team to enhance the fleet purchasing experience across the dealer network and PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Develop scope of work, timelines and drive for implementation while working collaboratively.
Coordinate efforts to ensure information flows smoothly through relevant business systems.
Executes project management best practices in dealing with dealer and fleet business systems migrations autonomously.
Data quality steward, consistently ensures the quality of data before and after processing it in reporting and projects including system validation efforts.
Clearly document and communicate the business and system requirements for development teams, including program specifications and technical writing statements of work.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Work with the quality assurance and development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration, IT, analytics, or related disciplines required.
Masters degree in related field or MBA desired.
5 or more years of relevant work experience with strong project management skills and project implementation
Six Sigma training a plus
Familiarity with PACCAR Parts Division programs, product lines, and part numbering conventions a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to work with various levels of management
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel to fleet or dealer sites 2-4 times a year
Advanced SQL, Tableau and Intermediate Python, cXML required
2 or more years of experience with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700.00 – $136,290.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
